To the extent applicable, Clients requiring HIPAA compliance must enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Kliniq LLC does not assume HIPAA obligations unless explicitly agreed in writing.

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

• Kliniq LLC's liability for privacy-related claims shall not exceed the lesser of $100 or 30 days of fees paid.

• Kliniq LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Policy shall be governed by Florida law. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, under AAA rules.

Waiver of Rights

Users waive the right to jury trial, class action, or representative proceedings.
